Nasi Liwet Jolem
Jolem merupakan masakan khas Cijulang, yaitu nasi liwet di masak dengan bumbu rempah khas Cijulang dengan rasa yg begitu nikmat yg di sajikan pada sebuah kastrol dengan sambal dan lalapan dengan toping mendoan dan pencok kacang (Cooking time 25 – 35 Minutes). (Jolem is a typical Cijulang dish, rice cooked with typical various aromatic spices with a delicious taste. Served in a Castrol with smash Fresh long beans served in traditional sauce and Fried Tempeh.(Cooking time 25 – 35 minutes.
